About the Role
We are looking for a tech savvy business analyst to join our growing company and DEV team. Your primary objective as a Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development by writing up requirements and visualising flows
Improve our organisation's efficiency by studying its needs, its fast-changing business model, workflows, and its technological systems. Making recommendations to the Project Manager in technical development projects that will improve business efficiency
Responsibilities
Business analysis to identify requirements and client’s business processes
Transform busines requirements into technical specifications
Overseeing the implementation of technical business projects and solutions
Managed the testing process, be responsible for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Provide post production support after the release level
Build client relationships in order to maximize client satisfaction from our services and solutions
Meeting with business and technical stakeholders to discuss solutions
Working with product counterparts to receive sign off on requirements
Research existing codebase to help hydrate requirements/understand implementations
Comprehension of business needs, including how data is used and managed, data lineage, and functional design
Understanding of the Software development Lifecycle and the agile development process
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Insurance or Business Management
5+ years’ experience in business analysis in Insurance/InsurTech Industry
Experience in working in cross-functional, multinational teams in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving, analytical thought
Professional attitude and competency in communication within the business environment
Excellent English skills is a must
